The Challenge.
Infogroup has been around for over 45 years and is one of the biggest providers of big data. They have over 100 different product and software offerings for all shapes and sizes of businesses. Organizing these and presenting them in an intuitive way was the biggest challenge. It can be quite over whelming for a business, needing a very specific thing, to find said thing. Our job was to make this experience easy for any business, no matter the size.
The Results.
Creating the correct navigational methods was the biggest challenge. Solutions and products is where we landed based on our research. Our user would either know exactly what product they wanted and a quick way to get there. Or they would want some guidance through the solutions navigation. Under solutions we categorized by business type and business need. Keeping these categories as streamed line as possible made for a swift but natural experience. Treating the product wall like an e-commerce website was another natural way to sort through products depending on the route our users preferred to take.
