The Challenge.
Subscription services are booming. Especially with everyday products that consumers need on a reoccurring basis. It was only natural for EveryManJack to offer subscription for their products. Our research showed that subscription churn rates are high, and if a brand doesnβt offer a superior end-to-end experience, the subscriber is likely to quickly cancel. Having an intuitive experience for both subscribers and non-subscribers, coming from a variety of places, with varying needs, was our biggest challenge.
Subscription Flows
All in all we ended up having over 30 unique flows. A new comer to the website is starting fresh and has a variety of options. If they want to buy a bottle of shampoo and checkout, we want to make that easy and intuitive for them. However, the business goal of EveryManJack was to capture as many new subscribers as possible. Figuring out how clearly show the benefits of subscription, in the right places, at the right time, was key.
The Results.
This website was a huge visual refresh for EveryManJack. It went from dated and dark to clean and inviting. We leaned into the woodgrain texture for visual balance as you scroll through the website. The subscription feature was intertwined through out the website. Once the users signs up for a subscription, they are given a personal and customized experience. The website is constantly being optimized as we gather new data from subscribers patterns.
